He who makes peace between the people

It was said to the Prophet “Would that you see Abdullah bin Ubai.” So, the Prophet went to him, riding a donkey, and the Muslims accompanied him, walking on salty barren land. When the Prophet reached ‘Abdullah bin Ubai, the latter said, “Keep away from me! By Allah, the bad smell of your donkey has harmed me.” On that an Ansari man said (to ‘Abdullah), “By Allah! The smell of the donkey of Allah’s Apostle is better than your smell.” On that a man from ‘Abdullah’s tribe got angry for ‘Abdullah’s sake, and the two men abused each other which […]

Shab E Meraj

The Night of Shab -E- Meraj

Surely He is the One Who is All-Hearing, All-Seeing. Surah Bani Israil (17:1) The clearest proof that Meraj was a physical journey is the word ‘Abdihi.  The Mufassirin (experts in interpretation of the Holy […]

Apart from this, using Miswak whenever there is bad breath, on awakening from sleep, on entering the house, before meeting people and before recitation of the Holy Quran is Commendable (Mustahab) and better. Sunnats when Wearing Clothes

Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) loved white clothing. When putting on any garment Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) always began with the right limb.  When removing any garment Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) always removed the left limb first. Males must wear the pants above the ankles. Females should ensure that their lower garment covers their ankles. Males should wear a ‘topee’ (hat) or turban. Females must wear scarves covering all their hair at all times. When wearing shoes, first wear the right shoe then the left. When removing your shoes, first remove the left and then the right.
