Qurbani K Ahkaam

1. Qurbani Karne Wale Apne Baal Aur Nakhun Na katain

“Jise qurbani kerni hoti hai us ko chahiye ke Zilhaj ka chand dekhne se qurbani karne tak nakhun aur apne badan k baal waghera na kaatey aur ne he katwai ta k Hajiyon sey mushahabat ho jai k loog ahram ki halat main hajamat nahi kara sakty aur ta k qurbani ka her baal nakhun k liay jahanum sey azaadi ka fidya ban jai.

2. Qurbani WAJIB Hone K Liay Kitna Maal Hona Chahiye:
Har baligh, muqeem musalman mard aur aurat, maalik-e-nisaab per qurbani WAJIB hai. Maalik-e-Nisaab hone se muraad yeh hai k es shaks k paas sarhy 52 tooley chandi ya itni maliyat ki raqam ya itni maaliyat ka tijarat ka maal ya itni maaliyat ka hajat-e-aslia k illawa samaan ho aur us per ALLAH عزوجل k bandon ka itna qerza na ho jissy adda ker k badaya gaya nisaab baqi na rahy.

3. Gaey, bhens aur ounth main 7 Qurbaniyaan ho sakti hain.

4. Qurbani k waqt main Qurbani kerna he lazim hai koi aur cheez es ka substitute nahi ho sakti, jeisy bajai qurbani k bakra ya es jitni qeemat sadqa ker di jai yeh kafi nahi hai.

5.Qurbani k janwer ki Umer, Ounth 5 saal ka ho, Gaey 2 saal ki Bakra, bakri, dumba, dumbi aur bheir(ner-o-mada) aik saal ka ho, es sey kum umer ho tou qurbani jaiz nahi hai, ziada ho tou jaiz he nahi bal k afzal hai.

6. -Qurbani ka janwer beyaeb hona zaroori hai(maslan kaan main cheera ya surakh na ho) tou qurbani MAKROH hogi, aur ager koi bara aeb hai tou qurbani ho gi he nahi.

7. Aisa Pagal janwer jo cherta na ho, itna kamzoor ho k hadiyoon main maghaz na raha, es ki alamat yeh hai k wo dubley pan ki waja sey khara na ho saky, andha ho ya aisa kaana jis ka kana pan zahir ho, aisa beemar jiski beemari zahir ho, aisa langra jo chal na sakta ho, aisa janwer jis k thhan katy hon ya khusk hon, daant na hon, dum 1/3rd sey ziada kati ho, aisy janwer ki qurbani najaiz hai.

8.Jis k peidaishi seeng na hon eski qurbani jaiz hai. Aur ager seeng they laikin toot gai, ager jerh samait tooty hain tou qurbani na hogi aur sirf ouper sey tooty hain jerh salamat hai tou hojai gi.

9. Qurbani k waqt janwer uchla kooda jis ki waja sey aeb peida hogaya tou yeh aeb muzir nahi yaani qurbani ho jai gi.

Qurbani K Goosht K 3 Hisse:

Qurbani ka goosht khud bhi khaya ja sakta hai aur kisi faqeer ya ghani ko bhi dey saktey hain, bal k es goosht main sey kuch hissa apny liay ley leina Qurbani kerny waly k liay MUSTAHAB hai.

Behter yeh hai k goosht k 3 hissy kiay jaian

1. aik hissa fuqara k liay aur

2.aik hissa doost-o-ahbaab k liay aur

3.aik hissa apny gher walon k liay nikal lia jai.

Ager saara goosht khud he rukh lia tou bhi koi gunah nahi hai.

ALA Hazrat رحمت اللہ علیہ fermaty hain:

“3 hissy kerna zaroori nahi hai, chahy tou sub he apny isteimal main ley lein, ya sub he ghareebon masakeen main baant dia jai, dono suratoon main koi gunah nahi”.(Fatawa Razavia, V:20, Page:253)

1. Goosht Ke 22 Ajza Jo Nahi Khai Jaate

2.Raggon ka khoon.

3.Pitta.-Masana.-Alamat-e-ner.-Alamat-e-Maada.-Kapoorey.-Ghadood.-Haram Maghaz.-Pathey.-Jigr(kalegi ka khoon).-Tillii ka khoon.-Goosht ka khoon.-Dil ka khoon.-Pitt(wo zard paani jo pitty main hota hai.-Naak ki ratoobat.-Pakhaney ka maqam.-Ojhri.-Aantain.-Manni.-Wo nukta jo khoon hogaya.-Wo nukta jo goosht ka loothra hogaya.-Wo nukta poora janwer bun gaya aur murda niklaya bey zibah mer gaya.

Note: Gurdey(kidneys) khana jaiz hai, laikin AAQA kareem صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ney inhain napasand fermaya, laikin koi kha leita hai tou gunahgar nahi hoga.

4.Khoon: Zibah k waqt jo khoon nikalta hai yeh napaak hota hai, es ko khana HARAM hai. Zibah k baad jo goosht ragoon main reh jata hai, jeisy gerdan k kattey huay hissy per, dil k ander, kaleiji aur tilli main aur goosht k ander ki chooti chooti raggon main, yeh agerr cheh napak nahi magr es khoon ka bhi khana MAKROH hai. Lehaza Pakaney sey pehly safai ker lein.

5.Haram Maghaz: Yeh Safid Doorey ki terhan hota hai jo k bhejy sey shuru ho ker gerdan k ander sey guzerta hua poori reerh ki haddi main aakhir tak jata hai, mahir qasaab esko nikal ker phaink deity hain laikin phir bhi thora bohat laga reh jata hai. Champ aur kamr ka goosht dhotey waqt esko nikal ker phaink dia karain.
