Surah Taha Ayat No 25 – 28 (Chapter 20, at- taa haa) was revealed in Makkah at the time when the the unbelievers of the Message ridiculed the Prophet (SAW) and the Muslims about the Quran and said that the Quran caused them distress. Allah refuted their comments in verse two of this Surah.
“We have not sent down the Qur’an unto you to cause you distress (20:2)”

This is the very dua that Prophet Moosa (عليه السلام) had made to Allah when he was embarked on the mission to spread the world of Allah to Pharaoh. This is a powerful dua and can be recited by all students.

Surah Ta Ha (20: Ayat 25-28)
In Surah Taha, Allah SubhanAllah Tala highlights the hardships of Prophet Moosa (عليه السلام) and his remarkable journey to Prophethood. Moosa (عليه السلام) grew up in the arms of the enemy (Fir’awn) by Allah’s will and Allah had chosen this mission for him. With all preparation that Allah had placed for him, Musa (عليه السلام) still prayed a beautiful prayer to ease his burden and task for him and to make him confident. This dua can be implemented in our daily lives during our struggles and when giving dawah to others.

Dua for success, Interview, difficult task:
“Rabbish rahli sadri, wa yassirli amri, wah lul uqdatan min lisaani, yaf kahu kauli,”
Translation:”O my Lord expand me my breast, and ease my task for me and remove the impediment from my speech, so they may understand what I say,” (20:25-28).
