- Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, “The signs of a hypocrite are three: 1. Whenever he speaks, he tells a lie. 2. Whenever he promises, he always breaks it (his promise). 3. If you trust him, he proves to be dishonest. (If you keep something as a trust with him, he will not return it.)” (Sahih al-Bukhari, Vol. 1, Book 2, Hadith 26)
- Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, “The one who looks after a widow or a poor person is like a Mujahid (warrior) who fights for Allah’s Cause, or like him who performs prayers all the night and fasts all the day.” (Sahih al-Bukhari, Vol. 7, Book 64, Hadith 265)
- Abu Dawud transmitted on the authority of Ka’b bin Murrah (RAA), “The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: “Any Muslim woman, who emancipates another Muslim woman, she will be her release from Hell Fire.” (Bulugh al-Maram, Book 15, Hadith 1420)
- And when We let the people taste mercy, they rejoice therein, but if evil afflicts them for what their hands have put forth, immediately they despair. (Surah Ar-Rum, 30:36)
- And whoever is blinded from remembrance of the Most Merciful – We appoint for him a devil, and he is to him a companion. (Surah Az-Zukhruf, 43:36) Let’s pray Allah keeps us away from such evil companions. Ameen
