- Ayisha RA qouted that Allah’s Messenger (صلى الله عليه و سلم) , sallallahu alaihi wassallam as saying: “WHOEVER DIED OWING Fasts, his guardian should fast on his behalf.”

- Ibn Abbas related that a man came to the Prophet (صلى الله عليه و سلم) , upon whom be peace and asked, My mother died owing one month of fasting. Should I do it for her? He replied , “Yes, debts to Allah, have more right to be paid.”
