    1. Assalaam alaikum,

Deoband ek bada sa shehar hai, zaroori nahi hai ke har ek deobandi is tarah ki soonch rakta hoo. Agar koi deobandi Imam jiske A-Qa-Ed main gadbad ho toh uske peeche namaz nahi hogi. Agar Imam durust A-Qa-Ed wale hai Ahle Sunnatul Jamaat jaise toh Namaz beshak padsakte hai.

Kuch aur jankari chahiye toh please let us know.

      Allah hafiz
      Jazak-Allah.

    1. Quraan main Surah Talaq Hai, Jismein Allah Taala ne hum Insanau ko Nasiyat di hai aur Bataya Hai Talaq ke Baare main.
Teen Talaq dene se Talaq toh hojati lekin aisa dean Makroh hai…

The ruling in the light of the Hadith is that if any person says the word, “Talaq,” then the intention is not considered, as the word “Talaq” is used only for separation between the couple. It has got no other usage and sense. Thus, if the husband used the word “Talaq,” without any intention, even then divorce occurs. As given in Sunan Abu Dawood, Vol. 1, Pg No. 298, Hadith No: 1875:

Translation: It is narrated on the authority of Hadhrat Abu Hurairah (May Allah be well pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) said: There are 3 things in which seriousness is also seriousness and joking is also seriousness: Nikah (Marriage), Talaq, Raja’at (i.e. uniting after the first revocable divorce).

And Allah Most High knows best.

      JazakAllah

  4. Asslamoalaykum mera suwal yah ki kisi ghair Muslim ne (Allah toba astagfar) mujhse yah kaha ki tumhari khatna hoti he to tum musalman hotel he to ladki hone ki surat me kya krte ho kya wo Muslim nhi hoti ….??

    1. Waalaikum Salaam, agar koi aisa kehta hai toh app yeh kahe unse ke Khatna Karwana hamare yahan sunnat hai Mard Hazraa’t ke liye, Aurtau ke liye aise koi shart nahi hai. Woh paidaish se hi muslimah hoti hai. Alhamdulillah… Let me know if you need more clarity
